Taco Soup

Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger
2 pkgs taco seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans Rotel
2 cans pinto beans
1 can shoepeg corn
shredded cheese, for serving
sour cream, for serving
tortilla chips, for serving

Directions:
1.Brown hamburger and onions, drain. Add seasoning as directed.
2.In a large pot, combine hamburger, Rotel, beans, and corn.
3.Cook on medium-low heat until heated through.
4.Serve over chips, topped with cheese and sour cream.
5.For a soupier soup, add a little water.
