Ingredients:
15 oz. Ziti, cooked & rinsed (or penne or whatever else)
15+ oz ricotta (or cottage) cheese
16 oz Mozzarella cheese (or 2 handfuls)
1 egg, beaten
32 oz. Spaghetti sauce
¼ c Parmesan cheese (opt)
Italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Mix pasta, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, egg and sauce.
2. Pour into sprayed 9x13” pan.
3. Top with Parmesan cheese (and more Mozzarella).
4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.
