Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon zest (I didn't use this)
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease 12 muffin tins
- Bake for 20-22 minutes
