Mexican Corn Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups frozen corn, cooked and chilled
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chili cheese Fritos, crushed


Preparation:
  1. Combine cooked and cooled corn, peppers, onions, mayonnaise and cheese.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled.
  3. Stir in crushed chips prior to serving.
